Executive Director
Jeff Johnson
I'm Jeff! As your therapist, it is my goal to see you become a better version of yourself. It is my belief that life's experiences teach things about the world that may no longer be the most helpful or true today; even if they were true at the time in our past. When we don't adapt and remain flexible, we find ourselves in a web of mistaken beliefs, thinking errors and unresolved life problems. As a result, it becomes too hard to find our way and manage life's challenges in the here-and-now. I love to be present when my clients find a new way and authentically experience change. I've worked with clients from many walks of life and with varied needs. My areas of expertise are in Behavior Modification, Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, Risk Assessment, EMDR, Trauma and PTSD. I use a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves. I like to use humor, challenging questions, and a direct approach because I think in counseling we should get to the point, and we should have fun doing it.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Melissa Bruce
Melissa Bruce is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She acquired her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice before earning her Masters of Social Work with a specialty in forensic social work. Melissa received her Licensed Master of Social Work from New York and then her clinical license in both Colorado and New York. She has worked in variety settings with clients ranging from children and adults. Melissa has extensive experience working with court involved youth and adults, mood disorders, PTSD, depression, behavioral issues, self-harming/ suicidal ideation and anxiety.

Madison Barr
​Madison Barr is a seasoned marketing, brand, and business development leader. She specializes in creating data-driven marketing and growth strategies that deliver tangible business results. Madison has successfully led marketing and outreach initiatives across various sectors, achieving impressive outcomes. With a strong background in go-to-market strategies, brand development, and customer acquisition, she is also skilled in managing B2B and B2C lead generation and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Madison holds a master's degree in communication management from Denver University.
